Abusing the coronavirus situation as still promoting and advertising Certain items in stock for next day delivery, contacted them the day after placing order to be sent a fake tracking number, 10 days in and numerous emails they have not responded, Shame customer services are not as prompt as the finance dept who quickly banked the payment, after seeking legal advice I have been advised to contact trading standards and make them aware of this shoddy company, please also use all social media you have available aware of these fraudsters and stop others falling for the false advertisements and promotions, sickening experience and hopefully trading standards will do their bit and penalise these clowns
