Ordered an olympic weight set from this company - long delays which I can accept given the circumstances with coronavirus, however there was very little correspondence throughout. When I eventually received the item, most of the packaging was torn to shreds already. The courier informed me it was like that when he picked the item up. One weight was missing from the set, so I contacted the company to request a replacement. They sent the wrong replacement, so I contacted them again. It has been almost three weeks since then and I have still not received a response.
