Avoid this company altogether.
Ordered a table tennis, £179.99.
After waiting for a while, cancelled the order. Rather than conforming cancellation, they send me email that my product has left the warehouse. Then they send another email advising me to ignore the previous email. It was generated in error. Many days later they confirmed order cancellation. Promises to refund money within 10 working days. No refund. No reply to my emails.
I then got my credit card company to raise the dispute. They fought on my behalf and eventually I got my money back.
