Ordered the IM Fitness Exercise Bike over lockdown, was pleased with the quick delivery however item arrived with a few damages including a tear on the foam handles and some scratches on the bike. I emailed them a couple of times including through their website form but have not had a reply. I understand their responses might be slow over lockdown, but they were quick enough to take my money and deliver the item but have ignored my email. Poor customer service. The equipment is not cheap and I would expect better.
