Didn’t want to give any stars but no choice. Ordered 10ft trampoline for my granddaughter, arrived quickly but 2 parts were missing. Tried ringing customer service, automated message said call centre staff working from home due to virus, however, their emails are up and running as normal. I have sent 5 emails, no response. Not sure what to do now apart from trading standards
