Appalling. Ordered a £150 steel frame paddling pool and they sent one without the frame, which I cannot use as my garden is on a slope. Contacted them immediately and no response. Have sent over 15 emails in 2 months and no response at all. The phone line does not work at all. This is an awful company exploiting the coronavirus situation. My only choice left is to contact trading standards.
