Awful customer service. Having waited since early June for a multi gym on pre order most of it arrived at the end of June as expected. However, the main frame was missing. I emailed and it took 14 days to respond to ask which part was missing. And a further 14 days to respond to that. Then we found springs missing and I emailed them 21 days ago and still have not had a response. I have contacted my credit card company and am waiting for them to claim on my behalf! I’ve held off the review in hopes they come good but no such luck!!
