I ordered an exercise bike from this company.
This arrived fairly quickly to be fair but had a couple of parts missing which are vital to using it.
So far I have emailed them 3 times to ask for advice or the missing part. I have had no response and after reading other reviews I am less than optimistic I will receive what I require.
Terrible/non existent customer service at would avoid this company in the future and recommend others avoid them as well, dubious company to say the least!!
