Poor customer experience.
I bought a $3 part expecting it would be delivered to my home. But it was delivered to a store that require over an 8 hour drive to retrieve. My bad.
But the issue is they didn’t offer something reasonable like shipping it to me for the cost of shipping… no they opted for “customer changed mind”. No I didn’t. I want the part so I bought elsewhere.
Yes they refunded the cost. But they have no clue about customer support. Made my list of places not to shop.
