Bought a fishing pole from sportsman's Warehouse back in April of 2005. Couple months later the poll snapped while I was fishing. Brought it back to the store. They said you need to register it first went home registered. Went back to the store to exchange. They said I need a claim number. They cannot do it in store called customer service. Got a claim number. Went back to the store for a third time. The lady said I can give you a cash refund or you can exchange it for a different pole, after looking for a new pole she found me in the aisle said will mail you a gift card and then walked away. I will never shop at sportsman's Warehouse ever again. I will gladly overpay to go to Scheels or Cabela's
