I spent $150 on tablecloths (4) and they shrunk where they no longer fit the specified tables (followed laundering instructions). I contacted customer service within one week of receiving the merchandise and they were unwilling to do anything about it! They said the only way I could return or exchange them was if they were unused and in original packaging.
Terrible customer service and total failure to back the merchandise they sell!
