Most horrible shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a backyard birdbath fountain and it came smashed into pieces. Customer service refused to refund my money. I will never shop at Stein Mart again. I agree with those who say that it could not be the same company. I was very happy with the “real” store but now it is just terrible 👎👎👎
