I am so OVER this store. Ordered a dress and wanted to return it immediately so tried to contact them, a nightmare in itself. This has been going on for nearly 5 weeks to just get a return shipping label. All sorts of inane reasons were given. Finally I contacted my American Express to lodge a complaint, they were efficient as usual. At that point I finally got some response and was told they could do nothing while the dispute was alive, so I contacted Amex again and removed the dispute.NOW Steinmart claims it will take at least 21 days for the dispute being closed to show up for them! Should be immediately according to Amex. I warn all to be very careful about ordering. Loved this store when it was a actual brick and mortar, sorry to see such failure at online customer service.
