I bought a dress online that was horrible-it took mr forever to get a return label. I was lied to saying I would get my money refunded to my debit card--I did not-I received a store credit so I could purchase more junk and pay further shipping fees-I finally ordered an overpriced straw bag and still have $14.00 credit. Keep it steinmart-maybe that will help you re-open your stores. P.S. customer service was horrible--lies lies lies.
