Read the fine print. Returns aren’t easy. You have to contact a rep through email or phone (impossible) and you do NOT get a refund on returned merchandise-only store credit. And do NOT destroy the ragged bag the product arrives in because you must return it in the original packaging, so they can determine if the item meets their “return criteria.” Absolutely nothing they offer is worth the hassle. So sorry; I wanted them to survive but this online platform is doubtful.
