Today is May 5th and I’ve been fighting with Stein Mart on a return. They drug their feet to where the timeline surpassed the deadline for a cash return so I was promised a credit for the dress amount plus 25% of the dress. I was getting emails after hours, weekends trying to persuade me to get a credit. Finally I agree and there’s not a store credit around. Which means I still have to deal with Stein Mart. The new owners have horrible customer service, I’d suggest strongly, DO NOT BUY! I’m getting with the BBB now. SHADY BUSINESS
