I ordered a multi-colored Annalise dress BUT got a solid colored dress....called the customer service number only to get a " promo " for life alert... what a joke. I've emailed them but judging by these reviews it might take a while. I use to love going to the Stein Mart in my neighborhood & spent thousands over the years but this online service doesn't seem like the Store I know. It reminds me of yet another Chinese rip off company. I'll NEVER be ordering from them again!!
