Steinmart was bought out by another company. It is NO way like our brick and motar, Steinmart stores that went bankrupt. As was previously noted by other customers, you can not get a cash refund for returned items, only store credit. The blouse I purchased was poor quality, and I wanted to return it immediately. To get a return label from customer service, I had to jump through hoops, only to be able to get a store credit. I will never purchase anything from Steinmart online services again. There is no free shipping, and they offer becoming a Steinmart Rewards member for $9.99 a month to get items shipped free. Why would I want to buy from Steinmart online services when there are so many reputable online companies which offer hassle free returns with a smile. Not pleased at all. I will never order from Steinmart again.
