Sadly I did not read these reviews before I made my purchase. I ordered placemats and 3 of the 6 placemats were defective. I have written to the customer service department. They have made promises to send me new placemats and it’s been over two months and they continue to sell the same item. I have not received them. They e mail me daily apologizing and it must be a robot. I have called several times to hear lies. Do not purchase from Steinmart.com. It’s not the same company!! Must have sold to China. It’s a scam.
