Same thing I'm seeing with others. From the length of time it takes to get your order, to the fact you have to email them to get a return label, the length of time to report they've received your return, to the fact they don't refund, but give you credit, it's horrible customer service. It doesn't have to be this way. Other mail order stores seem to be much more customer oriented. It just doesn't seem that they want this business to even work.
