I have battled to get the correct dress from Steinmart now for two months. I received the dress in red instead of black. When I returned the dress, it came back to me a few weeks later as the same dress, like it was just sent back out. There are “no” managers to speak with because they “share” the support process. I still have not received my dress AND they have my money.
