Overpriced inferior products. My (supposedly) all leather purse ripped after just a handful of uses. My otherwise pristine bag is now garbage. Customer service sticks to the script further ensuring you will not get your issue resolved or customer satisfaction of any kind. They will not stand behind the merchandise they sell. Save your money, shop elsewhere.
