Stay away, far away from this web-based site. It is NOT the same as the brick-and-mortar Stein Mart stores that closed in 2020. I was excited to see their new online store and ordered a dress. The item stayed in “cart” for a week and emails to employees reassured me it would be shipped in a few days. Never did. But my credit card was immediately charged. There is no option to delete your purchase that I could find and after seeing many other bad reviews online I sent a final email to them to cancel my order—no response this time. My credit card company is handling it as It is very very rare for me to dispute a purchase as I am normally much more cautious. This “looked like” the same store, same logo, etc., but it is not. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
