Worst online shopping experience ever. First they added a monthly subscription fee that ended up being recurring that even when I asked to have it cancelled I still got charged. The first person I requested to cancel my subscription ignored my request and tried to sell me on the reason to keep it. I had to email several times to ask that it be cancelled before it was due to be taken out of my account again. Then it took over a month to get my merchandise. When my package finally arrived, it wasn't even what I ordered. Sorry Stein Mart, I won't be ordering anything from you again.
