I returned 2 items in January for a store credit, and not only have I never received the credit, none of my emails are actually answered, just a computer generated reply giving an excuse about the busy holidays, even though it is now April! This company doesn't actually give you a credit. They just STEAL your money after you've returned the merchandise! This company is a joke! No working phone numbers, no way to reach customer service, no replies to emails. Don't EVER send anything back! You're better off selling it on Facebook Marketplace. At least you'll get your money for it since this company commits theft!
