Online order placed on 8/13. UPS label created the same day. One month later, and the package never even made it to UPS. It never shipped. There's no way to get in contact with customer support, and Steinmart's online package tracker says it can't be found. This store is taking people's money without delivering their products. Absolute thieves. No wonder they are going out of business. Very disappointed. Poor management and sad excuse for a business.
