I signed a contract and paid a 50% deposit, yet now they won’t return my calls. They seemed nice and professional. They had done work in my neighborhood. The salesman said about 2 weeks for installation, the contract said 4, but now at 6 weeks out they won’t call back with an install date. I need to coordinate with neighbors! I need them to fulfill the contract and actually start the job!
