They didn't do a good job building my fence in 2020. I noticed from the beginning my gates had to be lifted up in order to open them. I didn't really realize how bad of a job they did until Hurricane Ian forced me to have it repaired. I called Superior first. They said if they put up the fence they would not do a repair on it, they would only rebuild the entire fence, that made no sense to me. That is bad customer servie. I called someone who had a lot of experience building fences, he was shocked by the crappy job Superior Fence & rail did. He said the posts weren't even cemented all the way around them and the fence was uneven. Once he finished the job I noticed how much better it looked and now I can open the gates without having to push up on them. Don't hire this company, they don't do a good job.
