I had to get two permits because the one expired after six months. Then the county does not even inspect the gate just FYI. The gates are sagging a bit and some boards are coming loose. I think if you use ring shank nails they will hold better. I can use some turn buckles and pull them up square. The installers did a good job and it looks great.
