Ordered something online. Supreme stated that once payment had been processed I would receive an email with shipping details. I requested to cancel the order as it had not been processed. They refused and replied the same sentence over and over again. The customer service is appalling and if I ever receive the item I shall be sending it straight back. I'm just glad I paid through PayPal as the 14 day cooling off period means nothing to them!
