“Proceed with extreme caution before risking your money here. After I made several deposits, I learned I couldn't take my money with me, and they stole it from me. “Boycott this company. My son ordered a few things from Supreme and the package was delivered the same day he ended on life support from cardiac arrest. About two-3 weeks later when his horrific girlfriend finally allowed me to pick up his things as he had passed away, I contacted Supreme to set a return of these brand new items. They said there was a two day window from receipt and refused. I asked for a compassionate exception and never heard back from them. How cruel. Supreme, you should be ashamed of yourselves. My son had purchased thousand of dollars worth of your brand over the years.”

“Bought a Christmas gift for my son and it’s way too large. They will not offer a refund, exchange or store credit because I contacted them outside their 14 day refund policy. EVERY RETAILER has an extended return policy at Christmas but NOT supreme! So now I’m left with a £93 T-shirt that doesn’t fit!! COME ON SUPREME be fair and support your buyers!!!! I will not purchase again from this Retailer due to their ridiculous returns rules - just not feasible in this day and age. Bad PR too!! How many people will see this review and think HOW RIDICULOUS! HOW UNJUST! Is that how you like to be seen?? Date of experience: 29 December 2022”
