“Proceed with extreme caution before risking your money here. After I made several deposits, I learned I couldn't take my money with me, and they stole it from me. Consequently, they requested payment of a fee before releasing my returns, which I declined. I did what I was told, but they did not do anything about my wish to withdraw. “Your product is worst product your technician in in time not satisfaction work my over tank is 10 year warranty getting in shop but 9 months purchase in your product over tank but today is damage nothing what happened but your technition telling no exchange if you are product is worst please accept the my review and reply the your employee and immediately contact 8660929648”

“I last placed an order for a product two months ago. I really can't get my buy. NEITHER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! WITHOUT SENDING YOU A PRODUCT, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. I gave them $10,000, but C O N C E P T S T R D.C O helped me get my money back. You can try them.”

“Boycott this company. My son ordered a few things from Supreme and the package was delivered the same day he ended on life support from cardiac arrest. About two-3 weeks later when his horrific girlfriend finally allowed me to pick up his things as he had passed away, I contacted Supreme to set a return of these brand new items. They said there was a two day window from receipt and refused. I asked for a compassionate exception and never heard back from them. How cruel. Supreme, you should be ashamed of yourselves. My son had purchased thousand of dollars worth of your brand over the years.”

“Bought a Christmas gift for my son and it’s way too large. They will not offer a refund, exchange or store credit because I contacted them outside their 14 day refund policy. EVERY RETAILER has an extended return policy at Christmas but NOT supreme! So now I’m left with a £93 T-shirt that doesn’t fit!! COME ON SUPREME be fair and support your buyers!!!! I will not purchase again from this Retailer due to their ridiculous returns rules - just not feasible in this day and age. Bad PR too!! How many people will see this review and think HOW RIDICULOUS! HOW UNJUST! Is that how you like to be seen?? Date of experience: 29 December 2022”

“Ordered something online. Supreme stated that once payment had been processed I would receive an email with shipping details. I requested to cancel the order as it had not been processed. They refused and replied the same sentence over and over again. The customer service is appalling and if I ever receive the item I shall be sending it straight back. I'm just glad I paid through PayPal as the 14 day cooling off period means nothing to them!”

“What went wrong??? Lol third time today !! Release at 11 am so 11h00 i refresh my page clic on the shoes select my size ….GOT them!!! Was so happy!! Entered all my infos for the order!! By 11h00 and 45 seconde i was finished and pressed on confirm order!! The shoes were sold out!!! Now it’s the third time that happens to me!!! How is that possible???? For me employees of that brand buys themself their marchandise and selm the on the grey market for way more money!!! Because when you go on them sites there is always pairs available!!! So they are not that limited!!!! What a scam!!!! Used to love that brand!! Bought a lot of their clothing but no more!!!”
