Customer service is useless. Ordered same thing twice and they cancelled it and refunded my money with an explanation of “other.”

Bought a Christmas gift for my son and it’s way too large. They will not offer a refund, exchange or store credit because I contacted them outside their 14 day refund policy. EVERY RETAILER has an extended return policy at Christmas but NOT supreme! So now I’m left with a £93 T-shirt that doesn’t fit!! COME ON SUPREME be fair and support your buyers!!!! I will not purchase again from this Retailer due to their ridiculous returns rules - just not feasible in this day and age. Bad PR too!! How many people will see this review and think HOW RIDICULOUS! HOW UNJUST! Is that how you like to be seen?? Date of experience: 29 December 2022

Customer service was rude. Wish I could change companies I use for storage. Go elsewhere or proceed with caution.

I worked In a fulfillment company in Brooklyn Navy Yard that shipped Supreme goods. Our workers had to RIP out the made in Cnina labels off of everything before we sold them.. Supervisor Mercedes Dist.

Ordered something online. Supreme stated that once payment had been processed I would receive an email with shipping details. I requested to cancel the order as it had not been processed. They refused and replied the same sentence over and over again. The customer service is appalling and if I ever receive the item I shall be sending it straight back. I'm just glad I paid through PayPal as the 14 day cooling off period means nothing to them!

What went wrong??? Lol third time today !! Release at 11 am so 11h00 i refresh my page clic on the shoes select my size ….GOT them!!! Was so happy!! Entered all my infos for the order!! By 11h00 and 45 seconde i was finished and pressed on confirm order!! The shoes were sold out!!! Now it’s the third time that happens to me!!! How is that possible???? For me employees of that brand buys themself their marchandise and selm the on the grey market for way more money!!! Because when you go on them sites there is always pairs available!!! So they are not that limited!!!! What a scam!!!! Used to love that brand!! Bought a lot of their clothing but no more!!!

It’s absolutely disgusting that the first come first serve rule still applies when it’s in your basket. My husband wanted a T-shirt that between us was in our basket NINE times but sold out while we were putting our card details in. It’s clearly bots buying the items because they were selling out in the time my phone was auto populating my card details (seconds!) you can immediately find a £52 T-shirt on Depop for £300. What annoys me more is that stopping the ‘first come first served’ rule once an item is in your basket will not impact their sales at all. Just means it may take longer for products to sell out because people would be given an allocated time to successfully checkout before putting the item back on sale if they didn’t go through with it. They are 100% more bothered about being able to say their items sell out quickly than offering their genuine customers good service. They do not care that the T-shirt’s are being sold at a 200% mark up that people who really want them can’t afford. As long as they sell, they’re making money. Absolutely idiots.

I find it unacceptable that in a business that offers first come first serve products and has products sell out in seconds, that I can be given an email stating clearly that my order is confirmed and processed, with the money also coming out of my account for over 5 days. I also find it unacceptable that during the following 5 days there has been no contact from yourselves at all to clarify that the order did not go through. I feel that this is an unfair way to treat a customer as there was no communication and I had emails telling me the contrary to what you are telling me now such as the order confirmation

It has been 2 months since I ordered a product. I can't my purchase at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT SENDING PRODUCT.

Ordered my light up bears in early November, no product yet. Customer service keeps saying they will contact seller and I can contact them back in 72 hours for a response!?!?!

Worst shopping experience online. They claim you’ll get a tracking # in 3-5 days. 3rd week since order and nothing. Contact customer service and you get a generic reply not addressing the issue. Will be buying from stockX. Legit and fast unlike sub supreme.

It is hard to believe that in this day and age, a company like Supreme can survive with such poor customer service. I ordered a hoodie online for my 15 year old son (180.00). Immediately after buying, I realized I had the wrong size and was feeling a bit of buyers remorse because of the high price of the item. I looked for a customer service phone # to call. Turns out this company only allows email communication. I emailed customer service requesting a cancelation of my order. Four days later I received a response. The response was rather surprising in that, it simply stated they don’t give refunds and did not offer any other remedy for this rather basic customer problem. I wrote another email, more lengthy explaining the issue and requesting that they make an exception to their unfriendly customer policy by letting me at least exchange the hoodie for another size before they shipped my item or provide a refund. Five days later after the second email I was notified that the hoodie had shipped, I never got a response from the second email and the hoodie I received was the wrong size that I originally ordered. Well needless to say I will not be ordering anything from this company again and I will be sure to spread the word to my sons friends who for some reason love this company’s products to please not patronize a company that so disrespects it’s customers. Supreme’s return/refund policies and their non-responsive offensive customer service is enough to rate this as one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Potential customers beware, this company has a demand for their product which allows them to run roughshod over any reasonable commonsense customer policies. Make this company rethink the way they treat customers by not buying their products until they make changes in their return/exchange policies and improve customer communication by setting up a live representative phone number. For those of you that have already been burned, file a complaint with the Department of consumer affairs in New York City and the New York Attorney General. Both can be done online.

I made my first online order with Supreme. There was no email confirmation at all, I was left pending on my bsnk account for over a week, then this morning I received a email saying ps has delivered my item but they had not at all!! I was in at the time of delivery, ups had no signature or photo, ups and Supreme didn’t answer their phones or respond to emails. I’ve been left with no money or item! £103 is alot for me. I’m so disappointed that Supreme use a bad company like UPS and don’t even reply to help They are only interested in selling to rich mummies boys and resellers, they don’t care about normal loyal customers. Please don’t take the risk of ordering online with Supreme! I was a big fan but now won’t be purchasing again. Seeking legal advice now to get my item or money back

These guys are total crooks. My son ordered three overpriced T-shirts from Supreme New York. The website stated the shirts were available in extra-large. Supreme sent him one t-shirt in extra-large and another t-shirt in medium. Of course, he is way too tall to wear a medium t-shirt. Supreme refused to return or exchange the t-shirt. We disputed the matter with our credit card company, and Supreme New York misled American Express about the transaction.
