The service is nasty and verging on cruel
Visited the shop in new York and had to stand in a queue for an hour in the freezing cold
When I got into the shop it was empty may be 15 people at most. There was no reason to make people stand outside for so long. 1 till open and staff standing around posing offering no service whatsoever
Never seen a business be so cruel to its customers
