The 'meet & greet' service never turned up. Eventually they conceded that I might as well try and book another rental company.
Being on the day, this was around £250 more which they said they would pay under insurance. 3 months later, no insurance pay out despite around 10+ e-mails.
The quicker this company goes under, the better for all involved.
