Avoid Surprice, if SHOCK shouldn't be a part of your vacation. Don't put your FAMILY IN DANGER with unfit cars and rental where CHEATING is a business model. Proof below (details, photo). Check Trustpilot.com, reviews.io etc. 📧 Pls contact me if you were mistreated /cheated at 😈 Surprice or internationalcars. ⚠️Tip 1: Check also under the body for scratches. During return they'd cheat. We were cheated and made to pay for an already existing scratch-underbody bumper (SEAT Ibizza). See photos with scratches taken at start and end of rental. 🤔Can you even tell which one was start and return photo ? Source: Both photos is by Surprice employee (Nuno Henriques). Threatened not to provide airport shuttle if continued to mention scratches already existed. Credit card forcefully charged. 😈They know customers are under time pressure during return. ⚠️Tip 2. The first car given (Fiat) had warning lights and check engine lamps flashing + engine power reduction on highway. Within 10 min we had to return twice to Surprice again and ONLY after severe arguments we were given a different car(SEAT). ☠️We heard another customer complaining with similar engine problem. Was charging extra us a revenge for forcing an exchange ? - May be/not. Whatever it is, I wasn't going to put my family in danger. - Neither should you. Too many similar reviews on being cheated. They don't care and Sadly too many times they get away.
