My wife and I was 15 minutes late dropping off the rental car at faro airport but still had over an hour and a half before our flight was due to depart. The driver didn't arrive for half an hour after being told by the office staff he would only be 10 minutes away. When he did arrive we told him politely we need to be at the airport by 11.20. He said "no problem I will be one minute ". He the proceeded to check in another vehicle that had just arrived delaying us another 15 minutes. When we eventually got to the airport the check-in for our baggage had closed 5 minutes earlier. Meaning we could board our flight without our luggage or pay for a later flight. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! UNRELIABLE !!!!!!
