Never use this company for hiring the car. Many unprofessional and incorrect staff works in this company. I booked rent a car through Discover Car. When I arrived in Sofia at 0.15 h and go to the desk to pick up the car the man who works there said no car in the class which you was booked. After half an hour and an insistence on me to give me a car, they did it. When I must return the car the same man gone to the car park and said that the rare bumper and the reflector are damage. I was sure it was there when I picked up the car but I didn’t do the pictures and I haven’t got any proofs. The men do the record but incorrect. He marked the rare light and the bumper. For these I must pay €550 what was the deposit. (€600) After long negotiations, they return €300 and hold €250 for something which I wasn’t doing. I never take a car from this company!
