BEWARE!! We pre-paid for a good rate, but our flights were delayed which resulted in arriving 5 hours after scheduled pickup. They cancelled our reservation after 2 hours, did not apply the pre-paid payment to the subsequent rental, and charged us twice the pre-paid rate for the car they had "available." They were perfectly pleasant about it and assured us the airline would reimburse us: NOT likely!! The "available" car was clean and worked well for us. I'm sure this practice is legal, but not what I would call ethical.
