I rented a car from this place & was charged a damage fee on vehicle 250 Euros. I called the several times to provide my insurance info that i took from Expedia when i rented the car but no response whatsoever! I reached out to Expedia several times and they tried calling them numerous times and no response, I called Expedia several times and keep getting the run-around, kept on hold for 30 mins 3 times already was disconnected and no call back. At this point, I just wanted to be reimbursed and be on my way, this have been going on for 5 weeks now! This is the worst car rental Company, absolutely terrible and I believe they are scamming people for these damage fees because they know people have to catch-flights and have no time and just pay. Rental Company: SurPrice car rentals in Catania Italy" SUCK! DO NOT USE THEM! Disappointed Traveler!
