Very unprofessional.
After you book the cheap offer tends to be not so cheap. They send you an e-mail that they are going to lock 700 euro from your card. When we arrived at the office they didn't take our card and didn't give us our money back. This is a TOTAL SCAM. Don't use them anywhere, not even in Naples.
