Stay away from them NO GOOD I made a reservation on line and paid for the Total protection (for the 1845 euros) with carjet.com after talking to someone on the phone from Surprice Porto Office (note that was impossible to speak with Lisbon no answering ), with they told me that would work out cheaper if I make the insurance with them directly. The day I went to collect the car, they asked me for 216 euros (nearly 4 times more than what I had paid with carjet and they were asking for a 300 euros deposit ... unheard well I canceled my reservation and lost 6 euros ... terrible experience
