The agent was supposed to meet and greet us but didn't bother so we had to lug our luggage all the way to find him sitting there reading the paper. He then tried to con us by asking us for cash for insurance that we already had. Kept assuring us that he will return our deposit within 14 days but nothing! No responses on WhatsApp and kept hanging up the phone when we rang. THis review refers to the agent Mehmet in Dalaman.
