The company took a surplus on the insurance, when we know it was less since we were prepared about it and we had rent other cars from other companies.
Then they forces us to pay for the WASHING of the car! Absurd.
Never had such a bad experience anywhere in the world.
The staff was all the time rude and unpleasant. The car we booked wasn't there, and they gave un a DOWNGRADE.
