Dont cut corner and rent a car with them. You will end up paying more than other car rentals. They force you to take insurance using some technics. For example although I had 4 cards: credit card, debit card and Mastercards, they refuse taking them saying I had to pay extra for them to use those cards. Customer service is horrendous. I used rental cars and they were equally not helpful with bad customer service. Just book directly to Europcar.
