Searched for car rental on expedia for Rome. Sureprice came up and I felt it was ok to prepay. Upon arrival in Rome I could not find the shuttle. It was luck that I ultimately saw the yellow shuttle after about an hour. Once at rental location they informed me that I needed an international drivers license and would not rent me the car. I asked for a refund on the spot and was denied and redirected to enquire with expedia. There was another "Car Rental" place conveniently next door and I rented with them with no issues. Once I returned to the states I asked for a refund through expedia. They said it I would have to go through the car rental "Sure Price" (Sure Scam) and obviously I did not get a refund. Lesson learned!!!!
