Awful experience. Upon arrival they told us to transfer to T5 by train and then made us wait an hour for pick up. The rental car wasn’t clean. When we dropped the car off they again kept us waiting over an hour for a lift to the terminal as only 1 person was on duty. Despite pre paying an additional 5 GBP for drop off at the terminal they didn’t advise they would not drop at T4. Now they keep promising to refund the 200GBP deposit but despite chasing 4 times via phone and email through RentalCars (I rented via Rental Cars, who provide the car through Surprice) and multiple promises that it will be paid and I will get an email - it hasn't happened. These people are thieves. I returned the car over a month ago, all signed off as fine and they are not refunding the deposit which they deducted from my debit account.
