I must confess that reading the reviews, made me a little apprehensive, as people tend to write them, only when it does not go their way. However, everything was great, from the pick up at the airport until the return. At the airport in Venice, we waited around five minutes, a five minutes drive to the office. At the office we were welcomed by Julio, who was very friendly, helpful and informative. The car was new, clean and very economic, no scratches or dents. On returning,we had it washed and tank full, which is the norm, no queue, Eleonora welcomed us, again very friendly, helpful and quick. Both always with a smile. I would definitely recommend it.
