The daily rate of the Surprice rental looks low, somehow, this company plays tricks to make money from the insurance cost. They will force you to buy additional insurance even you have bought full-coverage insurance from the booking website plus you have to let them withhold a large amount of deposit. I don't feel safe to put such amount deposit on this low credibility rental company. the fatal thing is the rental car logos were printed on the rental car which is the easy target of the thieves in Italy. The car I rented from Surprice was broken in, I lost everything on my first day in Italy. This Surprice asked me to put another big amount of the deposit if I want get another car from them even the insurance covers everything. I lost everything except my passport and credit card, I didn't want to deal with such low company, I went to the rental company in Rome airport which had very good experience. Don't rent car from Surprice, you can't save any money but get more troubles.
