Absolutely disappointed & disgusted with the company. All the staff at the rental desk were very rude and bully to take out extra covers.. The shuttle never arrived, so we had to take a taxi to get to the rental desk. Lots of arguments and bullying and the whole rental experience was very stressful!! Never ever use this company. If there was an option, I would have given Minus Review.
