Con artists, had us waiting 2 hours in a queue only to tell us the booking had been expired and we had to book again for an extra 400 pounds. Car hire was only for 4 days. It’s honestly worth paying a bit extra and staying away from these slimey firms who only want to rip you off. They use the booking through third parties as a way to force full insurance packages.
